Mindfulness Meditation – Barbara Wulf

A new series has started over 6 weeks. It includes gently mindful movement, loving kindness meditation, body can and other meditation    techniques.  It can be helpful with stress, fatigue, chronic pain, sleep disorders and other  chronic conditions.  Classes are $5 per class.
