2018 Lumberjack Success

The 2018 Lumberjack Dinner was a great success.  We served 642 people.  We had over 1,000 pounds of meat cooked to perfection.  Potatoes, cabbage, rutabaga, and baked beans (secret recipe ) with a slice of freshly baked pie completed the menu.  The portions would have satisfied any hungry lumberjack.  A big thank you to all who helped make it a night to…

Neighbor to Neighbor – August mission

  Neighbor to Neighbor of Sturgeon Bay is a  non-profit organization that comforts and assists people experiencing problems arising from conditions or limitations that lead to a deterioration in their quality of life.  Volunteers are the key to our services and a neighbor’s independence.  Volunteers are screened, trained, and particiipate in on-going training.  Through our Peer Companion and Respite for Caregivers  programs,…
